Warp to the Talos Plaza District in the Imperial City, as soon as you warp there walk to the center of the district south slightly southeast and look at the first door on your left, it should be the home of an NPC named Dorian, if the door is unlocked ut means he is home, walk inside, bribe him the max amount you can then paralyze him with a paralyzing spell, then search him and take his gold and it shouldn't ever actually leave his inventory meaning you can take it as many times as you want, and for faster gold collection bribe him then hit him with a very, very weak destruction spell or a "damage fatigue" spell then yield him so you can talk to him and bribe him again, repeat this untill you are getting the wanted amount of gold from each "pickpocketing" and although it IS considered a pickpocketing by the game the guards won't actually take any of your gold if you are arrested, I kept bribing him untill I was getting around 1,000,000 gold from each pickpocketing, and at the moment my character has... 134,258,816 gold, and that's after I bought pretty much everything in the whole game, enjoy.
